Tenant Journey
1. Sign Up
Download Bayti from the App Store or Google Play and create your account in seconds. We use your full name as it appears on your QID to ensure smooth onboarding.
2. Upload Your Lease
Simply scan your rental contract — Bayti’s smart OCR extracts key info like rent amount, due date, and landlord details. This enables automated reminders and payment scheduling.
3. Add Landlord IBAN
Input your landlord’s IBAN as stated in the lease. No landlord registration needed. Bayti securely verifies the name for safe transfers.
4. Link Your Card
Add your debit or credit card. Once verified by our licensed Payment Services Provider, you can make recurring or one-time rent payments easily.
5. Earn BaytiPoints
Get rewarded with every rent payment. BaytiPoints can be redeemed with our exclusive network of partners — turning rent into real-world value.
6. Access Home Services
From AC maintenance to cleaning, Bayti’s built-in marketplace helps you book reliable home services matched to real-time availability.
